Description: A new restaurant near the Termini Train Station: modern design, and creative cuisine by the very young and very promising chef Stefano Ruzzoli (we will hear about him!). The menu is not a comprehensive one, but it is put together with great imagination and each plate is created and presented with endless passion. Prices are more than decent: try to believe it! Descrizione: E’ un nuovo ristorante in zona Termini: ambiente moderno, semplice e curato; cucina creativa gestita da un giovanissimo chef molto promettente che risponde al nome di Stefano Ruzzoli (ne sentiremo parlare). Il menù non è particolarmente esteso, ma l’inventiva con cui è costruito e la passione con cui ogni piatto viene preparato e presentato non ha limiti. E i prezzi sono onestissimi. Forse questo locale non ricorda neppure quelle tipiche locande romane. Certamente l’ingresso non evoca l’austerità o il classicismo dei prestigiosi palazzi della nobiltà principesca romana. Description: We LOVE this place as we LOVE prosciutto!!! As well as their amazing Mozzarelle di Bufala. The place is perfect to chat, drink wine nd have a great meal. As their web-site states: “Pane Vino & San Daniele was founded in 1998 thanks to a yearning of the Fantinel family to return to the “old” ways of life and to enhance the traditions of the Friulian cuisine. Far from being strangers to the catering field, as the founder, “Paron Mario”, was well known and esteemed for his long experience as hotel and restaurant keeper, the Fantinel family decided to pass on its own experience through the Osteria Pane Vino e San Daniele. The osterias have retained the same atmosphere, love for tradition and the good things in life. The premier products are wine and ham, which come directly from the Fantinel family’s own business. Descrizione: Chi scrive adora questo posto, essendo una fanatica di prosciutto. Anche le mozzarelle di bufala sono eccezionali! Un posto ideale per perdersi in chiacchere, buon vino e ottimo cibo. Il resto ce lo dice il loro sito: “Pane Vino & S. Daniele nasce nel ‘98 grazie alla volontà della Famiglia Fantinel di ritornare alle “vecchie” abitudini e valorizzare la tradizione della cucina friulana. Del tutto non estranea al settore della ristorazione, giacchè il fondatore dell’azienda “Paron Mario” era conosciuto e stimato per la sua lunga esperienza di albergatore e ristoratore, la famiglia Fantinel ha deciso di trasmettere la propria esperienza attraverso l’Osteria Pane Vino e San Daniele. Le osterie –sparse in varie citta’ di Italia- conservano tutte la stessa atmosfera, l’amore per le tradizioni e le cose buone. I prodotti “principe” sono il vino e il prosciutto, che provengono direttamente dalle aziende di proprietà Fantinel. Description: Rome is converting to sushi lately, and this is a very nice example of good, elegant and not so expensive restaurant. If you crave sushi while in Rome, this could be the place. And the area, Prati, is not so touristy, and so forth not so crowd.
Descrizione: Ristorante giapponese molto elegante, accogliente e decisamente buono. Prezzi medi. Ottima lista di vini e di sake. Da provare sicuramente.
